James is a seasoned entrepreneur, and has spent the last 8 years counseling small business owners through organizational development. His knack for listening to and understanding client needs, combined with his technical expertise and creative problem-solving has brought success to clients across the country. With a background and education in communications, marketing and technology, James has amassed intimate knowledge of business best practices. Previously, James worked within an advertising and interactive firm, creating and managing multi-million dollar client budgets and garnering several awards for excellence in creativity and technology. Most recently, James has been the managing partner of a creative solutions firm in Cleveland, Ohio. Under James' leadership, the firm saw exponential growth over the last 5 years. He provided and executed many initiatives within the company to increase productivity, boost sales, and even diminish environmental impact. James believes in a comprehensive approach to business and systems development. Additionally, Dan ran his own business development & resource consulting company for many years. Sheree Evans, M.E., Director of Training & CurriculumSheree is truly an educator at heart. Combining her love of education with the technical know-how, Sheree has been able to bridge the knowledge gap to lead countless successful training sessions for clients. She has worked with clients to learn the ins and outs of the CRBM system as well as helping clients create and implement their own employee training programs. She has helped companies of all sizes create new-hire training and orientation programs, and serves as a curriculum development specialist for several major corporations. Sheree is a patient and knowledgeable educator, instructor and facilitator. Her training sessions have proven profitable, and have increased productivity and profit in many of the companies she's worked with.
